Eric, as of the end of Q2, Mylex had repurchased 1.3M shares. 500K during Q2. The total authorized buy back is 3M as I recall. So, if they want they still have 1.7M to go.

Where did you see that there was more write down for inventory? I see from the balance sheet that the dollar figure decreased but can't find any mention of the decrease being due to write off of inventory - and there was no mention of this in the conference call either by Mylex or in terms of questions from the analysts. I was interpreting this as Mylex getting a better handle on their inventory and working closer with their vendors on just in time shipments so they didn't have product sitting on their shelves.

Did you listen to the conference call? If so, I'd be interested to know if you felt there were any additional points besides what I posted.
