Roo, Go back and read the Shareholder letters..... The company has been very forthcoming about the situation. They believe there are more exciting things to discuss these days.,,,,but their opinion has not changed. Many feel that a very large block of BANY has been shorted "improperly"....That is all. I believe we will find out soon...if this is the case. As the stock goes up....the short position becomes more scary, I would think. The long time posters here believe it....but the focus should be on the fundamentals of BANY.......That's what is moving the stock. The short position will take care of it's self. bg
