You don't get it do you...we are not hyping this stock. We are only defending it from bashers who as you well know are just hypers in reverse. IMO

Reasonable question there JMT. For a change.

Ok firstly the company has no obligation to report it has stated an intention to become a fully reporting company but as my friend Janice pointed out this can take some time. In fact she even said that some companies never make it..just so that I am not being biased.

Secondly with a penny stock that is right in the beginnings of growth I doubt whether their accountants BDO would be in a position at this stage to disclose financial information. If I were EDII I would not do it other than through my accounting firm. Do you think BDO would have the necessary figures to disclose just 2 weeks after acquisitions and during further on going acquisitions...again I doubt it. We are going to have to wait I would say 2-3 months before we start to get an accurate financial picture of EDII for the above reasons.

That is why it is useless to keep asking the same question and insisting that they disclose now because it isn't going to happen. When it does happen I hope the picture is going to look good. In fact I have staked money on it. Long money.

Yes you may be right if they disclosed now it could look bad...but then again it could look good.

What gets my goat JMT is that you make these statements as though they are fact. Something which you admonish with the pro EDII group yet you do it yourself even worse than them.

If you have an opinion, state it as an opinion and not as though everyone should believe it because you said it. I say this as my opinion but I feel sure you would gain more credibility by doing so.

You can see the stock is not rocketing and there are no major hypers around trying to fleece new investors.

It looks like EDII is building a portfolio of companies with a lot of potential IMO and on this we base our decision to support it.

EDII at this stage of its growth does not warrant bashing. There are plenty of other stocks out there that are far from angelic that would welcome your talents. IMO. Come back in 6-8 weeks and see how we are doing.
