Ed,
If I'm reading correctly, we get 50 mil from the current revenues and the add'l statement:
"This includes a major contract to provide approximately $100 million worth of phone services for an Italian based provider during the next twelve months."

This seems to imply an add'l 100mill which DCI would receive 50 putting the total at 200.

Anybody else read it this way.

Tom in WI

PS At first glance this appears to be a major coup!!! What is our sales value if we are at a 200mil run rate? Any guesses?

This will be my third try to post this message. I am having a lot of problems with SI.

Joe Murphy must have high expectations for this deal going through since he is banking on it to finance the Locus deal.

If I remember correctly from the Datawave JV, since we are majority owner (51%), we can include all of the revenues in our till. Can anyone confirm this?

The booked loss was for the expansion of the European framework so that the LOI with TIMEWorldcom could be signed. We had to show them that we had the capacity to carry their traffic before they would sign the dotted line. Look at SMTK and see what they had to do to get where they are. They lost 4.29 a share last year and are selling for 17.50 a share currently.
