Beeble: Mike Burke!!! He has been bearish on Dell for the last 2000 percent!!! For him, Fred Hickey and Fleckenstein, it's a religion!! They hate what they perceive to be overvalued stocks. They are not traders, and, thus, do not make as much money as someone like Chris who buys and sells when the charts look good. Stocks WILL be going down, and hard, but we need a rally first, and we're getting it. As Joe Kernan has said to Fleck: "If people listened to you, they would have missed the last 2 years in Dell." There is no comeback to this, IMHO.

Dear b, I wish i could find an "expert" to manage my mony so i would not have to do this dirty job. So far experts who give free advice and even the ones that I have paid for have not come close to returns i have made... but I m always open to eveyone's opinion given that they explain their reasonings. i don't know this Burke guy, but he is short on Semi? or Dell? did he give reasons? i assume he is talking about being short on semi as this is the post u r responding to me was full of semi stocks. AMAT AND MOT CLOSED POSITVE on Friday. Amat has already made more then 10% move in last week or so. I was short amat leaps most of the year. I uncovered my leaps after Amat halted the other day based on some "bad news". I also went long on y2k1 leaps out of the mony. we shall see what happens to by small investment by y2k1. i hope to make 100% on my zpjaj. Whole world was bullish on amat when it was at 50 pe not too long ago and now no one wants it. Please read my post on Csco. Message 5389714 Lets pray Japan does not sink in the ocen.

NVLS and AMAT up strong. all ready made a bundle in both will go short the calls soon on 1/2 the positions. amat already up 20% in recent days, nvls up over 40. I talked to M.Burke. very reasonable person but we agreed to disagree. Everyone know ASIA trobules but market is looking forward and have found value here. Even pepole on amat thread are "stumped" sox is up 10+ points. please see my posts on semis which explains why Nvls is up. Thx again for introducing me to M.Burke. I had to re-verify my positions which helped me evern more.
