Rory you are dead-on. CHGO is definitely a takeover target at these prices, and a couple more quarters of consistent growth would make it a self-funding leveraged buyout. Nowhere to go from here except up. My best guess about the Woodland Hills location is that it is the big chinese reataurant next to the Pacific Theatres sort of in between the two malls. Just off Topanga Blvd, I think but not sure if other cross street is Vanowen or Victory. Anyone know better?
