I think there are two outstanding questions which need to be answered before the stock can really move up:

* the conversion price on the new convertible preferred
* intended uses of the $60MM.

Hopefully these questions will be answered soon.

I think that THQI is actually quite weak today in an up market after a concerted down. It really doesn't look to me like there is any conviction supporting the modest increase at the opening. No doubt this is a great buy at today's price but it seems to me that many are waiting for an even better price or to wait in order to buy in a more clarified situation.

Ron,
I never say "price increases are from more trustworthy investors." The dip from pre-earning $35 to $36 to $28 is largely due to profit taking and the pp news. Now THQI is sitting between 50 and 100 DMA with a very low p/e. The company is enjoying rapid growth rate (more than 100% annually). Earning is exceptional good even in slow season (THDO just posted 10 cents loss this morning.) Don't you think that THQI is a bit undervalue relatively? Without further bad news, I don't think THQI will fell below 100 DMA except "speculator attacks" similar to what happened in May. A replay of WCW news and a baseless "underperform" downgrade. btw: THQI beats ERTS in Q2 earning, is it really underperform???

There are couple large block sells (greater than 60,000 in total) this morning to bring the stock down to $28 to $28 1/4. Hopefully, THQI will announce the detail of the pp soon to clear the clouds.
