Jack, I'm not convinced of the sincerity of the effort to get a Nasdaq listing although I've been assured that the process has been Nasdaq's fault. Nine months to get a listing ? Who's dragging their feet on this and is it intentional ?

I am convinced that ATPX believes that they need to
find a solution to the Equus problem and to increase the float in order to be taken seriously. I am also convinced that a solution to this problem will occur this year.

I am not happy that Equus was not approached prior to shares being sold in an attempt to make an agreement and get the stock off the starting gate in good shape. It is interesting to note that all of the shares sold by Equus sp far have found arranged buyers. That is very bullish.
