I would imagine so - the reason the price is down is because the co missed the last date for being operational. When they do announce that they are running - It should head back up. If they miss the date again - it won;t. But from all indications, the late august date was actually more time than they needed - they just wanted to be sure that there would not be another delay. They may be up and running before then. Insiders own something like 67% of the float.imho. Gorcon
