Ibexx,
RE:"Just take a look at some of the threads inhabitated by
these short-termers who trade on TA and you'd know most of
them are clueless re. the market or the specific stocks."

Wow, now that's a profound statement. Everyone who trades stocks based on TA is clueless? I have most all of the Prodigy money talk BB posts archived...yours included. Some of them are very clueless. Maybe I should post a few. <G>
On the other hand, the market has been a bit confusing of late hasn't it.
Jim

Ibexx --

Just take a look at some of the threads inhabitated by these short-termers who trade on TA and you'd know most of them are clueless re. the market or the specific stocks.

But gee... the pretty picture in the graph looked like a double-declining zephyr with an arcing 200 DMA that looks like it's forming the highly anticipated rare anteater curve -- That's GOT to mean something good's happening, no?

I'm glad you qualified your comments with "most". While you are busy deriding short-term traders I am looking at a chart of INTC and I see no progress in over a year. Same price as a year ago. So much for your buy and hold theory.
