Jeff: I do believe that you spoke too soon. Commenting that "Volume and the down trend have picked up again" based on A.M. results of intraday trading is just a little bit foolish don't you think? It is Globalstar that is down. As a matter of fact, adjusted for splits, G* has suffered just as much as I* over the past several weeks. I* only has a 1 1/2 month delay on startup as a worst case scenario ahead. G* on the other hand has to sweat through 3 Zenit launches. Failure of any of the three would lead to very significant delays.
