Hi Larry:

On FSESX: I think the key here is low oil prices, currently about $14. The average exploration and production cost is about $16. I'll wait for higher oil prices. I also read about the coming cold winter. However, past records showed that we were not that successful in long term weather forecast.

FBIOX showed very good strength in a weak market. I guess some
people rotated into Biotech and Health Care sectors. FBIOX and FSPHX moved up to the top 30% of all sector funds around July 20th. FBIOX has high relative strength.

I think both FSRPX and FSTCX are oversold and undervalued. I just switched into FSTCX because my phone bills keep moving up.

Best regards,
Julius
