Bruce --Thanks for that timely update. A listing on the Amex would be extremely helpful to the stock and company recognition. What is needed now is more professional notice from both regional brokers , and analysts who can get the word of the potential of DCTC to a broader audience.

Bruce, The LOI on the Time World JV is more than a little interesting.(G) It's great to be building a relationship such as this with a company of this size and standing. The 100 million in revenues would represent just one contract btw, there could be others at a later date that could also be significant ...DCI Europe finally bears fruit! This was not the news we were all hoping for but in ways it's potentially even better because of the potential value added to DCI. James
