Morning Bryce,
Actually the major ownership of the stock by institutions/funds is a problem since so little is actually in float. Instititions/funds own over 50% of the shares and when you add insiders, there are only about 3 million shares in "wee little" fellows hands.(:>)

Action is certainly picking up and I mean UP!
