Rene, in what exact context are you being asked for your password before a secure connection? Be precise. This certainly is not the case if you go directly to a server with orders5.datek.com, for example.

I am pretty certain DATEK asks for password AFTER secure connection is made. Rene, seems I am much more paranoid than you are, for I set my browser to inform me about such events as changing between secure/unsecure modes, redirection, things like that. So, when I click Classic Server on login page, first I receive notification about entering secure mode, the password dialog goes after that.
