Henry, I agree. The wording to me, was wording that a scientist would use and not an attorney. In the Ledoux corner you have Paul running tests for 10 holes and getting good numbers throughout. Then in the other corner, check labs try it following the same procedure and don't come up with those numbers. As a scientist, Paul is forced to say he just doesn't know what the problem is until, again as a scientist, he goes back and can reanalyze the results, redo the tests and form a conclusion as to the accuracy of his procedures. From a pure science standpoint, it is not possible to say unequivocally that you made NO mistakes unless you can go back and reproduce the same results and check your work because clearly there was a problem somewhere when the check labs could not reproduce the same results.

We want to hear a definitive answer but the science of the last round of testing does not allow for a definitive answer until it can be reviewed in an orderly fashion.

Therefor, the release was written to try to satisfy the strong need on the part of the shareholders to know what is happening but also protect Paul from a scientific standpoint by saying there was a problem but it is not possible to know for sure where it was until more work is done.

Just my reading of it.
