J.R. Butler is affiliated with Dunn, but MTEI should NOT have made this public by
covenants of a financing agreement with local sources. For the rest from the horse's
mouth... mail blueHorse@localinfonet.com

point is this... mtei has technically violated certain provisions to gain access to the capital
required to develop their properties... if the lenders so desire they can withdraw from
negotiations and leave mtei without the much needed capital to develop mineral
deposits... it is very common for lenders to require that INDEPENDENT surveys be
done on energy producing properties.... mtei may have tainted the waters of
independence by announcing to the world who is doing the surveys... no finance
company will extend any credit to a company they can't trust to keep a lid on finance
