TO ALL:

If these recent findings on the further shares being issued are true, I want Spencer's head on a platter. I'm in all the way too on some type of class action law suit against LTGL. The links provided previously by some of you are much appreciated. It may be wise to post them again from time to time (once a day) for those shareholders that miss them the first time around.

Does anyone here have any legal background or know someone who knows what the means of recourse are for shareholders of BB listed stocks. I've got a feeling we dont have the same kind of protection that a shareholder of a SEC reporting company would have.

I sure hope everyone else here is a little older than our friend Daniel, as Im sure those investors under the age of 18 dont have much recourse. I could be wrong, though.

Spencer has lied to us repeatedly and we need to put a stop to it once and for all. We need to use him as an example of how investors can now use the internet to unite themselves and crush wrong doers and their fraudulent companies. If what is going on here is true, let's see to it that the only "business" Spencer engages in after a law suit is with his cell mate Bubba.

Those of you who have already filed complaints with relevant sources please keep the rest of us informed on any responses you receive.
