Post from AOL.

Yarmak has been roaming Texas. He is doing what is needed to put the heat
on the old managenent. Trying to reach him at the Oilex field offices in Texas
to congratulate him for getting down to business with a vengence. Yarmak has
a big investment to protect as he is the largest single shareholder, and while
he protects his shares, he is also working to save my investment. The extent of the
embezzlement at Oilex is unbelievable, (the greater share of the debenture money)
and the "front" directors and officers of the company are responsible for allowing
this deception to cheat the shareholders to continue until the Special Directors
meeting in Fort Worth, Texas , on July 21,1998, where Yarmak stopped the
issuance of 2,550,000 new shares (Dilution) for services by insiders. And starting
throwing the lying, cheating rats off the dole.

The Texas Securities Board in Houston wants to hear from you.
Call John Fahy at 713-781-1094 or fax to 713-781-1097
They are working on bringing Allen Burditt to justice and need your help,
if you feel that the news releases of Olex and Caye Chapel were false
and misleading; or if you believe you were deceived. The number of complaints
received are important to insure priority by the Texas Security Board.

Interesting rumor, Burditt has moved out of his last residence in Houston,
in the middle of the night, and is running out of money. He has been cut off from
the Oilex piggy bank, and Cayc Chapel has come apart as an empty shell.
The Great Plains deal announced by Caye Chapel was false and misleading
as the deal never was completed as payment was not tendered and was never
available. The question is now whether assets have been hidden offshore
and if the trail is still hot.

Rumors continued, That Yarmak is tracing the looted assets. and has been able
to recover some assets, and will file requests with the courts to prevent Burditt
or his front companies, from selling the assets, if purchased with Oilex money.
The hunt is continuing.
