Question to US investors...is there not a law in the US that companies must file to the IRS by a certain date after their year end , is it common practice in the US to be late in filing with IRS even if they had no income, is their not a penalty % for late returns, you figure the IRS would want any monies owing to pay for the Clinton mess. IMO

Or does it vary from state to state and that is why most mining companies register in the state of Col.

Or does the SEC have the power in the US to over ride the IRS. LOL

Somethings not right here to be this late for no reason , even if the company was being investigated by the SEC still not a reason to be late, or they are with holding the info so JV will not know how badly they are strapped for cash , we all know how strapped they are for cash , but cash does not seem to be a problem anymore Hmmmm!!!!

Everyone notice Guy has not been on the thread to inform us , WHY.

Wonder if he's been told not to come on anymore , just talk to the
ones that phone and give the same old line working very hard on it we know the MM are screwing the investors on the pinks but TT and ME are working hard to solve the problem , we know they are making a killing.

Lapilli size was what I said. It is used here as a size term.

I wasn't trying to say it was in pyroclastics. epiclastics
would be more likely.

About the location of placers I am trying to say that they are formed more by light material being washed away than heavy material being moved to its location. The latter process except in isolated circumstances is more likely to cause dispersal than concentration. I realize that both process occur but I don't think placers are formed then moved 20 miles or more to where they then form. If you have a placer forming 30 miles from source it is from mass wasting from vein structure that have moved and then were washed over time by alluvial events.
