JJB,

I don't mean to interrupt the "GARY" show, but I would like to run a "recap" by you:

1) Solv Ex has emerged from Ch. 11 bankruptcy protection. A feat I am told is only successful 2% of the time
2) Solv Ex has paid it's creditors $ for $. Almost unheard of in Ch. 11 reorganization plans.
3) Solv Ex will emerge debt free
4) Solv Ex will emerge with CASH.
5) Solv Ex has "memoranda of understanding" with Raisio and Acidos Y Minerales de Venezuela, C.A. for testing and production of TIO2S.
6) Solv Ex has not relinquished any rights to it's lawsuit against Zwieg et al.
7) Solv Ex has at the very least "seen" what the SEC is up to and can now have legal discovery within the courts.
8) All of the officers, with the exception of the retiring of Jack Butler, are still on board and haven't jumped (also unheard of in Ch. 11 reorg plans) ship.
9) There is a 120 day window to swap old stock for new stock and warrants. Perhaps at 120 days we can finally figure out what the true number of outstanding shares are.
10) Solv Ex never did hit .02
