Right. A ROFL from me, too.

In this April 22 dispatch from Roy Carson's famous e-mail service, its celebrated author provides gripping developments about judicial health and the finer points of the Chief Justice's intentions so far as the upcoming Crystallex decision is concerned.

Mr Carson pleases his readers by reaffirming that the court's decision will be good for KYR's share price.

Roy Carson reports from Caracas in an April 22 e-mail dispatch that Venezuelan
Supreme Court Justice Humberto La Roche is expected to be moved from the
intensive-care ward of an unnamed hospital by April 23. Mr. Carson is Crystallex
International's unofficial good-news source through his subscriber e-mail service,
along with a loudly pro-KRY Internet website, VENews. Matters of judicial
health are important to many of his subscribers; the court is expected to rule on an
appeal by Crystallex of a July 15, 1997 decision that turned down the company's
application to sue over mineral rights at the gold-rich Cristinas deposits. Mr.
Carson says he believes the "professional ambition" of Chief Justice Cecilia Sosa
Gomez is to secure a unanimous decision on the part of all five justices considering
the case. He refers to this as bulletproofing the case. "I believe the only option left
to her is to go with a 3-5 or 4-5 quorum majority and this may take wing shortly,"
he says. Placer Dome has been working the Cristinas concessions since March
1992.
