AGM--

insiders may not have the money to buy in. and besides, it will take time for us to learn about it if someone decided to buy today.

to be honest i am not too worried about it. it either goes up now or later.

good luck to all,
trey

AGM, IHMO the reason why the insiders are not buying the stock is because of the volume of stock options granted. IE if you were MZ and you were grant 250,000 stock option why use real money.

But as along as the company is unwilling to defend the stock. The it's a target. And the street knows it. As a money manager, I can't trust the stock even if I like the company.

Some suggest for Mgmt..

Buy your stock back. Please I understand you will need the cash in the future to fund working capital. But in the long run defending your stock now maybe worth more in a secondary later. Announce a buyback tell the street YOU THINK THE STOCK IS WORTH SOMETHING. Use the buyback to support the stock. I would hazard the trading in this stock is 1) SOES, Daytraders 2) Margin squeezes. Supporting the stock you can resolve both.

Second, If you guys say it is as it is, work it out with the street in the back channels. HAVE A TAKE AnD DON'T SUCK. Convince the street that they are not going to get hung out to dry. Dangle the IB dollars to anyone that has the courage to hang.

Lastly, You have done a great job so far. But the job of management is to increase shareholder value. And maybe risking a little disclosure is part of the job responsibility.
