I just checked with my Discover broker and whomever the mm is that services them had a firm bid 0f 3/8 and ask of 1/2. I asked who the mm was and the broker said he would have no way of knowing however he had to call them up after putting me on hold to get the current B. A....surely he would have had to know who the mm was unless he called the trading dept in his own firm.

Probart,

I never said the suit was filed. I said shareholders are considering it. Since they just started less than one month ago, I doubt they have had time to organize and file. Stranger suits have been filed in the US. If you researched far enough you would have also found that my opinion was that SHs were suing the wrong people.

My only point in posting about this was to point out that two suspect companies hired BD as consultants. Neither company would ever release BD reports for shareholder review, yet both of these companies used BD name and reputation in their news releases on a very regular basis. If BD was only doing minimum work, processing drillinng, why did they stand by and let their name and reputation be used so liberally?
