There is a question in my mind regarding the suitability of certain entities holding Federal licenses. Van and I are both pilots, we also know that if we were to do, or be accused of the tactics that these investment bankers/brokerages have been accused of and continually are accused of, we would be stripped of our licenses by the FAA. The same standards should be adhered to regarding all federal licenses. They get away with it by paying huge fines to the SEC and denying any wrong doing. They get off Scott free and live to screw any others that may get in their way.

I find it amazing that even at $0.04, CAWS continues to trade close to its average volume. There must still be many speculators out there who also believe that CAI's spectrum is worth much more than its "inhouse" valuation. The key question is: How much more?
