Price of AVIA / 0.62 = # of shares per share of POKR. Correct

My way of thinking is that the value for POKR will be AT LEAST $0.62. These are savvy businessmen who brokered the deal between themselves. Again, at the time the deal was agreed upon, AVIA was at $3.75. The exchange between AVIA:POKER was 1:6. Now it's closer to 1:2, meaning that our ownership percentage in the new company will be greater. Our best scenario is for the AVIA value to remain low and for the merged company to grow to the $4 level after the merger. This probably won't happen because Forhan is operating business under the AVIA name. So when news comes out about the acquisitions, it should raise AVIA.
