Does anyone know if the mine reserve audit will be good enough to insure granting of the "wrap around permit"? How do we know what "good enough" is...is there some sort of specification that the BLM will go by...or is it purely subjective?

Too bad this mine isn't being built in Chicago, I here that there is a well defined system in place for the granting of just about any kind of permit.<gg>
