Another name for "business opportunities" is GREED, a reputation destroyer since ancient days. Don.......... Still here and holding. You raise an excellent point, although I frequently have found myself pondering why brilliant people sometimes result to lying, cheating and stealing to further their ends. The reason we all got sucked into this mess was because each and every one of us believed the IMS technology and concepts were revolutionary. Not all of us possessed the intellect to have evaluated same, but we all knew enough to have trusted someone's opinion that we were dealing with cutting edge thinking. I believe that the reason current management and their confederates have risked criminal investigation and financial ruin is because there is something of greater value than any of us can currently conceive. My only prayer is that the takeover will be thwarted and the true value of the assets be returned to the honest investors who have patiently waited for the work effort of the IMS employees to come to fruition. Moreover, I sincerely hope that all those who have tried to steal our equity will forfeit their own as well as some significant piece of their liberty.
