Who would/could fill these shoes ??? "CIENA Corp. (CIEN) 78 5/8 -1 13/16: shares of telecommunications equipment maker trade lower after the CIENA says that AT&T (T 59 3/4 +7/8) has changed its equipment specifications; as capacity requirements have grown, AT&T is now looking for a more powerful global optic networking system; announcement has also hurt Tellabs (TLAB 78 5/32 -2 29/32) who is in the process of acquiring CIEN in a $6.9 bln merger.....
