I have the S-3 waiting at home but have not had a chance to read it as I've been out of town. Hopefully I'll get a chance to read it this weekend and will report.

Bob, is it just me, or does it seem to you that ROSS raises funds EVERY time there's any kind of upward momentum in the stock price? I mean, I know it's better to sell your stock when it's up, but EVERY time? It sure would be nice to see some unencumbered momentun--without dilution from financing. Just a thought. I realize it's not constructive, but I'm just in that kind of mood. Still long, but frustrated. On a positive note, I do like the revenue momentum and I hope they saved a little on the sales side for the slow "Holiday" months. And, we still have HQ at a "hold", so there is room for upgrades. regards, greg
