they have signed an agreement for DBN to provide $61 million in fiber optic capacity for
WARPnet's rollout of an Internet Protocol (IP) based Asynchronous Transfer Mode
(ATM) network linking 28 U.S. cities. This high-speed network is being engineered to
deliver voice, video and data at speeds up to OC-3 (155 Mbps).
