EASTE is not marginable on datek due to "volatility".
First time I've seen them do that on datek to a stock over $5.
I wasn't able to short any more today on Datek or Ameritrade.

Carl:

The delisting process is cloaked in a wee bit of mystery. Sometimes things can move along pretty quickly (like with EQMD) and other times it can drag and drag (like with SWSH.) I'm under the impression that it's a judgement call on Nasdaq's part. I just short these things and sit on my hands until the Naz hammer comes down.
