Yes - 3x for me as well. Each of those times, however, I was able to cover the same day for a profit. Looks like I might have to hold this overnight this time.

Nice work Carl! I agree and am also flat right now, looking for an short/put position on any pop.

IMO the news release announcing a new standard for Interactive TV (JEEZE LOOK AT THE HEAVY'S INVOLVED!!!),

Message 5359276

And MSFT's announcement today regarding Thompson -

Message 5363111

and the HEAVY WEIGHT partners in the Thompson deal, just set up a whole new playing field in the race for interactive TV.

With this new standard, WorldGate and all others including SRCM now have non-standard software. They either now (IMO) must re-write their software, or be put out of business. They will also have to re-test their new software - ouch!

SRCM was so far behind as it was, now they seem to be even farther behind. Furthermore the standards look like they were written in a way that none of SRCM's patents are applicable. And how about a buyout now? NO WAY - SRCM's patents look valueless and they now don't even have a service that is based on the new standard.

Looks like pretty bad news for SRCM.
