Mr Miller thank you for all great dd here, spent over hour reading every post and pr, looks great except correct me if i'm wrong here so far in about one year winr's share price has fallen 90% from $4 to 40 cents, they missed the promised start up date of 8/1 and now should be by end of august if they can get it to work, you have an ir firm who several posters have said has given out inaccurate or overly optimistic hints of future news, they misrepresented the total float and outstanding shares and have had one year to hire an sec approved auditor and file with sec yet haven't but now once they become operational will have money for a dividend??? The companies founders credentials and their business plan are very appealing just can't get past the thought of what if they can't get their network up and running? thanks in advance Cavalry
