DougHboy, I noticed the 300 share gift to wang....kinda like getting a tie for fathers day...eh. as to what happened to the rest of the shares they "earned"....I can only assume they still hold them and are taking the same hit as the rest of us on those shares. Thats one reason I think this stock a steal....wang has something else up his sleve IMHO. Swedelo

1) gifts/charitable donations are a way to lower the taxes on the bonus. 2) CA is probably not going to acquire anyone in the short term. they have other issues to deal with currently, i.e. $2 billion lawsuit. 3) morale among management is not at an all-time high (to say the least). they have lost virtually all of their sell-side analyst support (with the exception of Alex.Brown, who "coincidentally" is their banker)and are now in a position where they must come up with a new strategy to get interest back in the stock. -ranch
