ahhaha, no way the RBOC's charge low for ADSL, no way. That won't be the low end,the only low end will be regular POTS. ADSL will be price higher than cable,way higher.
And we have to remember,the rest of the world is not wired,so I expect to see Satellite and LMDS in many areas,along with MMDS.
