A little difficult to fire ole Spencer, #1 he is the majority shareholder in the company. #2 he is the owner of the company not just a president or hired officer. #3 Transfer agent stated that they were in reciept of all the paper work to make shares AUTHORIZED. #4 for the last time Alpha Technologies (801)278-1777.
