Prof, SRCM is one of the stocks which made me glad I opened an options account. As soon as I heard SRCM traded options, I bought January 15 puts for 1 3/8. They have now more than doubled and I am holding for more.

With a *&(^% wannabe Internet stock like SRCM with a small float, buying out of the money options way out gives you equal or better leverage, plus you don't have to sweat the tape every day.

Just an idea, but I find I am using puts for high flyers more and more instead of putting so much margin on the line to short them outright - if you can get shares. Just made 40% on some AMZN puts when E*Trade hasn't had shares to short for a while.

JMHO.
