LTGL is heading below 1 cent. Shareholders please voice your outrage directly to the company. Let Spencer know how you feel about being manipulated!!

I understood it the first second and third time, I just find it hard to believe that he would sell shares at .025 to .03, when he could wait and do the same thing at .10 to .15. Maybe he is a complete moron. But if I wanted to take the shareholders for a ride,(not that he's not doing it now) I would issue a release stating an intended buy-back come the first of the year, then as people bought, and the price went up, I'd sell into that, and issue a new one stating that the buy-back has been put on hold to use available cash for a future aquisition. Now, wouldn't that be a better way to fleece us?

As I said earlier, I was just looking at the positive side, and I don't think anyone can actually argue the point, that even though we seem to have been lied to, does not mean that we won't hit a dime in the near future anyway. The amount of shares and earnings are not the only things that drives the price of a stock upwards. Let me ask you this, if you were a MM, and you held a trunkload of stock, wouldn't you try to sell them? All the MM's have do do, is creap the price up a penny or two, people will think something is up, and create a buying frenzy. It's happened before, it'll happen again. Of course, this is just M.O.

I'm just saying that the time to take a loss isn't neccessary for another 5 months, and to sell it now at such a low price, when all it has to do would be to go up a couple cents for all of us to double our cash position may be alittle premature. I could be very wrong, but if I lose all my money, I won't cry about it. And for those of you who take legal action, you'll find it next to impossible to have anything come of it. But to keep BB's on thier toes is a good thing, I have nothing against creating alittle heat under the feet of those who lie to it's shareholders.

The way I look at it is this... if someone offered me this stock for free, I'd take all I could get, so since it's so close to that now, what the hell!
