That we don't need the full database, we can used scanned directories instead. You would be surprised how few stocks can show up in a scan. QP always has all of them. The scans show you the stocks you want to see, and navigation is easier.

Why do I keep all symbols? Because I have Advanced GET, which can read all dirs and allows full list to be seen, or called by symbol. But the daily scans directories are avail for those I should look at. In the last post, I pointed out how you could build a list of the stocks that are favorites which don't show up in scans.
