Absolutely CORRECT!!

Datek is so lax in making it easy to compromise their customer accounts by using the same password for account access and order confirmation - that is really STUPID!

Try entering a good secure PW like [1K53aT631~"MbG&^] every time
you want to verify a quick out.<ggg>

The order confirm and bank transfers should have separate PIN numbers.

IMO, nick

Morpher, I believe that the names on the account must match on both ends for a wire transfer to be accomplished. I know when I quit Web Street I tried to wire the funds from that account, which was joint with my husband, to my previous Waterhouse account, which had only my name on it, and it wouldn't go through. They wouldn't even accept a fax from him authorizing the transfer.
