MDI is a marketer of innovative and entertaining games and promotions to the lottery industry. As a niche player, MDI's business is focused specifically on the instant scratch game segment of the market. This is the fastest growing segment of the lottery industry and represented 40% or 14 billion of the $35 billion generated in total U.S. lottery tickets sold in 1997.

They have secured several lottery licensing rights, including rights to Wheel of Fortune, Jeopardy, The Twilight Zone, Star Trek, Harley Davidson, and the Rock & Roll Hall of Fame Museum.

Company did about $3 million in revenue last year. Internal growth and acquisitions will drive revenues much higher this year. Company expects to be profitable this year.

Auditors: Arthur Andersen.
Will be fully reporting company by end of September.
