i spoke at length to the tava cfo and i can say that the while the shorts have been right, it has been for all the wrong reasons. fundametally, tava is doing great all will exceed it numbers. michael'

Dear Ravel: 85-95 cents isnt very impressive. My recollection was that when Hannifen put out $1.10 Scott, I believe, said that Hanifen itself felt it was conservative but that they didnt want to have to lower it downstream. My understanding was that it did not include any income from J/V's like TAVA/BECK which has already announced a 9 million $$ two year contract and several others without amounts included and I believe, though I have forgotten, other items they excluded in order to have a safety plug. I myself, made some estimates using the employee information I had, the billing rates they had announced and I also felt that my model showed the $1.10 to be conservative. While 85-95 cents shows major growth, I for one will be disappointed if the actual falls below $1.10. JDN
