Do you honestly believe that? What proof do you have? Oh, call Jack and let him tell you. Boy, now that's proof. The truth is, Jack has no proof and won't have any when asked to produce it. Maybe he will but I wouldn't count on it.

Kev, get real, the lawsuit IS the point,
some people thought MTEI was a scam,
well guess what? MTEI is NOT a scam,
the bad boys over at ICVI and their other 100 companies,
are the ones who are going to pay for their evil doings.

Did you read the statement made by the SEC?

WASHINGTON, July 29 (Reuters) - The Securities and Exchange Commission Wednesday said it temporarily suspended trading in Mountain Energy Inc. because of questions raised about the accuracy and adequacy of publicly released information about the company

It isn't saying it's investigating a law suit. It's not saying it's investigating possible shares traded illegally. It's saying that they are investigating statements made by MTEI about it's book value and assets claimed.

And...Here's the kicker. The press release about the 2.85/sh came after the reverse merger. Joe Gort was still an employee of MTEI. MTEI ("The Company") assumes all responsibility for any misinformation released to the public. Joe Gort or Joe Blow it doesn't matter. MTEI was running this company at the time of the release, No?
