how about all the good stuff going on, like the new 3,000 acres, which will be announced shorty, unless it is being saved for when the dust settles. Reality check: there is NO WAY they can close on this deal before the "dust settles" as you say. They don't have the money. All they have is stock, which at the moment is worthless. Consider what they have to do to meet the Form 15c2-11 requirements. Do you seriously believe they can manage it in two weeks? Even if they had the cash to pay for it?
