Sam, How do you go about getting the paper in your own hands? Does this make the issue you hold less liquid for you (Does it slow down or affect trading it?)? Are there any drawbacks to holding your own certificates?
I know in the old days you were supposed to keep them in a cigar box under the bed: what do you do with them when you get them?

The shorting of American BB stocks are done mostly by firms in Canada. They are the problem for most BBs, but they really only go after BBs that are dead in the water, going no where companies.
