AriKirA, You are indeed right when I said owner, I meant that he called all the shots and as the majority shareholder could not just be fired. My apologies for not making that clear. Sometimes you get upset when youn see the money you worked honestly for go down the drain in this fashion. You are right we are stuck with him, and I guess inessence, that is what I was trying to say in my own round about way. As far as paperwork, I didn't mean to say paperwork to make more shares authorized, what happened was when I found out that there were 200 million authorized I asked the TA when they were authorized, and she said " we recieved the paperwork on the authorization about 3 weeks ago."
