Thanks for your report. Sighing and moaning about not being able to be at the meeting myself.

Anything about the possibility of a purchaser for our company. With these recent acquisitions and the possibility of being on AMEX, I am feeling it would be great to keep on acquiring companies for a while, and then selling by the next annual meeting.

Anything about the 4 companies Joe was in negotiations with?

Thanks again.

Marvin

P.S. Heretofore the Long and Hard DCTC will be know as the Viagra close.

Clamenza, Thanks for bringing this information to the thread. I just wanted to add a few general thoughts with respect to how the news were heard today affects us. It is my feeling that while we apparently do not have a valid $10 offer or better for DCI on the table currently, that the probability of this happening in the future has increased considerably. With the extremely rapid growth rates of Edge (the latest run rate I heard was almost 3 million/month) and Locus, + the new JV (now an LOI, but sounds very promising) , the multiple that we would have to get on our revenue to generate the $10 a share will be much lower, thereby making this scenario much more likely. It's my impression from Murphy that unless something exceptional comes along, DCI is finished making acquisitions and will now be focusing on developing synergies between divisions, while continuing to talk with potential suitors for DCI. It appears to me that the hard part of what Murphy wanted to accomplish is pretty much in the bag now, the house has been built, we just need to paint it and hang a "for sale" sign on it. (G)
