It means that PJTV can now buy Vidikron...and they still keep 10 million shares MHTX. This is a huge positive for PJTV.

Wow, I guess hiring a new CEO should take Maslow pretty much out of the loop. I wonder why the funding company was not specified? Also wonder what the price per share was. My concern for this company previously was its topheavyness. I wonder if that will change. I believe this company needs technical folks to assist Hockaday in development not necessarily expensive business leadership (just yet, anyway). On the other hand, the $1M cash infusion sounds good. I wonder if that is in addition to the $500k that Maslow has promised? JF
