Dennis,

Nothing ever to be nervous about with this stock. We'll always see some corrections but this pup is a good long term hold as infrastructure gets' built out.

As for your second question yes CSCO has quite a bit of core products including the IGX8400, BPX8600, MGX8220, and the GSR12000. ASND get the lions share of their revenues from core products so they spend lots of time talking about it - as they should, but revenue generation for core products is pretty even between the two companies. Recently CSCO has won some good accounts in USWest, Sprint, and Singtel. ASND took GTE and Frontier (today)...they're two heavyweights battling for that space but the difference is these core products are perhaps 20% or so (this is a guess) of CSCO's revenue whereas it's about 80-90% of ASND's. A carrier loss for ASND is painful...not so bad for CSCO since CSCO is more broadly positioned. This is why so many folks love this stock...low beta..

Gary
